Can I get a refund of my purchased theme?

Since we deal with non-tangible and irrevocable digital goods, we only offer refunds on a case-by-case basis by our admin team. If you face any trouble in receiving the email regarding theme download, you can go to our support forum or create a support ticket.

We issue refunds for:

  • Item is “not as described”
  • Item doesn’t work the way it should
  • Item has a security vulnerability
  • Items that have not been downloaded

*Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals.

Simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase, with details of your request, and we’ll be happy to initiate a refund on your purchase.

Absolutely no refunds will be given after 14 days from the initial purchase.

We reserve the final right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.
